Brickow is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern for a 3-month unpaid internship. This role is ideal for students pursuing a degree or postgraduate qualification in a market-related field who are eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing within the construction fintech industry. The successful candidate will be able to work remotely and contribute to various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Design graphics and visuals using Canva for marketing materials and social media posts.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance and suggest improvements
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
  • Support the preparation of marketing reports and presentations.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on marketing strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the company regarding customer needs and market trends.
  • Work with the technology and compliance team to build processes and technology that streamlines and improves our customer onboarding journey.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree or postgraduate qualification in marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and understanding of various platforms.
  • Basic graphic design skills with experience using Canva or other graphic designing tools.
  • Excellent content writing and communication skills.li>
