We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience in sales within the construction industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and persuasive skills.

Location

Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore.

Salary

First three months Commission-Based, followed by a fixed salary.

Minimum Experience:

+ 1 year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services to meet their requirements.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals as set by the sales manager.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Good communication skills and ability to negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Provide feedback to the company regarding customer needs and market trends.
  • Work with the technology and compliance team to build processes and technology that streamlines and improves our customer onboarding journey.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales target
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • 1-year sales or customer service experience is a plus is required..
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Work with the technology and compliance team to build processes and technology that streamlines and improves our customer onboarding journey.
